welcome and thank you for visiting
Begin today for a better tomorrow!

Designing better exit strategies requires designing better life strategies that emphasize choosing relationships and being over separation and doing.
Only then can you truly embrace mortality and make the most of each moment.

Loss is inevitable...
Grief occurs before death, after death and is also caused by fractured relationships,
lack of security due to differences, illness, disease, and aging. Every aspect of loss comes with its own set of unique challenges.
Leaning into the fullness of life, legacy, loss, the dying process, death, and grief offer chances to plan and honor personal choice.

Together we will build confidence through effective communication and creative resources before, within, and through these transitions.
When loss and death are reimagined in creative ways, they are transformed into something that can be experienced as a continuation of life – renewed.

Please take a moment to imagine an anticipated or experienced loss and ask yourself these questions...

What if... you could establish and maintain healthy attachments to loved ones beyond death?

What if... you knew how to navigate life's challenges when loss, dying, and death arrive?

What if... you knew how to advocate for yourself and others?

What if... you knew ALL the options available to you and those you love?

What if... you knew how to effectively communicate your needs, wants, and wishes to healthcare professionals, family, and friends?

What if... you could be in control of your our own life and transition into death?

And what if... all of this could be established BEFORE dying and death arrive?

You have to power to learn to be your own guide and a guide for others...

Tomorrow is not promised...

Learn how to change all of these "what if's" into confidence in your right to choose what is best for you. Thoughtful and compassionate conversations before uncertainty and challenges creep in is a great place to begin.
